We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your product is unused, in its original packaging, within the 14-day purchase period, and meets the conditions below, we are happy to offer a full refund! Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Return Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, unsealed. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Full Return

Free/promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds. If the above return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive a store credit.

NOTE: For orders returned because they cannot be collected at the local post office, are refused upon delivery, are not picked up from customs, or contain an invalid or incomplete address, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount before processing.
